Why notes help your vet
This volume continues what the first journal began: six more months of attentive observation. It is for everyone who has been keeping track for a while and wants to carry on without a break.
The idea stays the same as in the starter volume: every assessment begins with observation, and what you notice at home belongs on paper, so it isn't lost at the appointment.
The journal was created by a practicing veterinarian and follows recognized international guidelines (AAHA, AAFP/ISFM and the Villalobos quality-of-life framework). That makes age-related changes easier to place in context early, and illness easier to catch sooner.

Questions about this journal
Do I need the starter volume first?
The Extension is made for owners who have completed the starter volume and continues directly from it.
What is different?
Six months instead of three, with monthly body-condition pages and quarterly reviews.
Design for everyday life

Beautiful enough to keep within reach. Structured enough to become part of your routine.
Continues directly from the starter volume, The Graceful Cat. Part of the House of Tails series. The approach behind it, the Veterinary Mindset, is set out in full in the book of the same name.
